New Horizons Academy sits on 13 acres in beautiful “Hill Country”, Texas  just one hour northwest of Austin. Students are provided shared dormitories with bathroom facilities and a menu of mostly organic meals and snacks. Our facility has a swimming pool, hiking trails, garden, chickens, alpaca, a tortoise and so much more! Each student is provided a personal work space in our classroom which is fully equipped with all necessary books and study materials.   Meals are taken together and games are played in the common areas.

With the use of Study Technology, developed by L. Ron Hubbard, we bring student up to grade level as needed. Students then progress through our core subjects at their pace and with our guidance. Electives are chosen by the student according their goals and purposes.  For students wishing to continue into higher education, we offer SAT and ACT prep, as well as testing-coordination and college guidance. Upon graduation students will receive a diploma from the school.
