Not all students have subjective reality on study phenomena when they arrive in our classrooms. Asking them to spot these phenomena in themselves would be asking them for more than they can give.
Teaching in our classrooms is largely a one-on-one proposition so that the teachers can spot the study phenomena and remedy them.
After a thorough clean-up, when our students have experienced a great deal of relief, and they are bright and confident again, we make sure they know how to spot these study phenomena themselves and whet to do about it.
This is a vital skill for life!
